How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
Orders under $100 will be charged a $10 flat rate for delivery to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide metro areas. Deliveries to other parts of Australia, (including Perth, Hobart and Darwin), will be charged at standard Australia Post postage rates – simply add your postcode for estimated shipping costs.
Make sure that you sign up as a Healthy Life member and sign into your account before placing your order to ensure a streamlined returns process if required.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we don't ship outside Australia. That may change in the future – so keep an eye on us!
What will happen if I have a PO box?
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes.
How long will my order take?
We offer next-day dispatch on all orders placed on Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Your order should take approximately two to four days to deliver to Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane, and up to seven working days to other areas.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. To track your order, simply follow the link in the email or visit the my account section of healthylife.com.au and enter your tracking number. Should you have any issues tracking your item please contact Healthy Life's Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if my order is late?
In the event that you haven't received your order within the above-mentioned time frames, please contact our Customer Service team on email@example.com. We'll help you track down your parcel and advise you of the estimated delivery date by our delivery provider.
What if I am not home when my order is delivered?
If there is a safe place at your door, and you would like the parcel left there, you can indicate this via the the delivery instructions field at check out. If there is no safe place to leave the parcel or the courier cannot gain access to your door, your parcel will be taken to a near-by collection point (e.g. a newsagency). You will be notified of this via the email/phone number you provided in your order. The email/SMS will contain a tracking number. Take this number and some photo ID to pick up your parcel.
After 7 days, your parcel will be returned to us - we will do our best to get in contact with you before this. If you have any questions about the status of your order - contact us via the chat portal on the website or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I collect from a Healthy Life store?

What happens if I entered the incorrect delivery information?
Please make sure you contact us as soon as possible and our friendly customer service team will do everything they can to update the delivery information.
What is the minimum total order amount?
We know that sometimes good things come in little packages ¬– so we do not request a minimum total order amount, however remember your shipping fees are free if your total order is at least $100!
How do I check the products I have ordered in the past?
If you have signed up to be a member, you will be able to review your order history in the my account section of the Healthy Life website.
Currently this will only display the order history of your online orders but we are working on combining this with your total order history including anything you've bought in one of our stores. Stay tuned!
